Ultraviolet is a new online entertainment storage system that allows consumers to watch content wherever and whenever they want, without a subscription or the need for a DVD. Backed by content creators like Fox, Warner and Sony, it also has backing from retailers including Tesco. Tesco’s director of digital, the CEO of its Blinkbox video-on-demand arm, is Michael Comish. He tells Julian Blake about Ultraviolet and why some of the world’s biggest brands are behind it.
